Tushar Shah, co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, has extensive experience in Design, Machine Building, Manufacturing & Managing large copper processing plants. A Mechanical Engineer by training and profession, Tushar brings international experience in leading teams for large Industrial Project execution in USA, India, Saudi Arabia, Thailand & Malaysia. Tushar has a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.

Robert Chong, co-founder & Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the operations and project planning at Prime Solar Power. Prior to co-founding Prime Solar Power, he was a technology project manager for over 10 years at several esteemed Wall Street firms. Robert is a graduate of Columbia University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has also earned the NABCEP Certificate of PV Knowledge.
